I encountered this issue when my camera came back from repair. The Bluetooth connection stopped working, and trying to pair with the camera resulted in an error. I also noticed that the camera’s name had changed.

Into the “Execute pairing” option, where the screen shows a loading spinner and Device Name GR_______

Solve: The device name on the camera screen may be incorrect, and because of this, the app might not find the camera. You need to install an app to detect BT networks and check the correct camera name. Enter it and retry the connection.
